Soubam Ibopishak Singh, Chairperson is an alumnus of Sainik School, Imphal. He graduated in Electrical Engineering from the erstwhile Maulana Azad College of Technology, Bhopal, now Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal, and also holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal University. He also completed Harvard Manage Mentor course.

Bijananda Chabungbam is a Joint Secretary to the Government of Manipur and a Manipur Civil Service officer of the 2015 batch, having topped his batch. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Technology and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Soihemlu Palmei, an officer of the Manipur Finance Service (2014 Batch) is currently serving as the Deputy Director (Finance) to the Manipur Electricity Regulatory Commission. She also serves as Deputy Director/ Treasury, Systems and Administration and Senior Finance Officer/AYUSH. She holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree from Delhi University.Prior to entering Civil Services, she served as an Assistant Professor (Commerce Department), Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi.
